I’ve used Nebula products since 2019 when I bought my first mini projector. I wanted to get myself a nice Christmas present, so I went ahead and purchased the newest projector and a tripod. My package got in on December 2nd, only to be stolen right before I could even see it. I contacted support, and they were able to help me out. They stayed patient with me, even though I was a demanding customer.

On top of that, this projector is much better than the previous one I had. While it is more prominent in size, the Capsule’s resolution and sound quality are impeccable. One note about the tripod -- it is too heavy for the Capsule. I tried it out with my old Nebula, and it worked perfectly, but the tripod is not ideal for the Capsule. If you’re on edge, go ahead and get the product. If you have worries about the product, the customer service team is reliable and accommodating, even when you might be frustrated. I cannot recommend this product or company enough!

This is a picture of my viewing. I am happy but one thing I have to figure out my wireless connection with my xfinity and downloading free apps. The “mirror image” feature is the main thing I am working on to mirror my TV. It mirrors my cellphone but still working on that.But I am very happy with my purchase.
