    We upgraded from the Cosmo 4K and to the new X1. It is set up as our main TV source. I wish it would have been CLEARLY stated that if you’re in a large room and more than 3.5 meters away, you will have to refocus every single time you power on. This is even after update that was supposed to fix it. A call to customer service was off zero help. The picture isn’t any better than the cosmos 4k we had. It’s frustrating and time consuming.
