If you want to use anything other than Netflix or Amazon Prime, forget it. It does not support Apple TV, Hulu, HBO Max… and probably no other.
Impossible to use this during the day or even have a light on at night. It needs to be dark.

I contacted support and they never replied.

Firstly, knowing the projector was 480p in advance removed over inflated expectations and I am completely happy with the picture for "what it is".

However, apps take longer than old android boxes from a good few years ago load, streaming apps seem to buffer dramatically more than on android boxes and tvs on the same WiFi (Netflix doesn't support lean back functionality) and play services can be activated but are a separate finicky nightmare. These issues can be fixed plugging in an android box... But this defeats the purpose as a wireless outdoor friendly projector, due to this I cannot recommend this product

I bought this projector for my daughter's birthday. It's really cool (I'm kinda jealous of it and have my eye on the next version up). It has good picture quality, decent sound, good battery life and access to all the video streaming apps we use. It takes a little bit of time to do the initial setup, but it wasn't hard. My daughter figured it out just fine.

We did have an issue with the battery where it would no longer charge but the unit would work just fine plugged in. I emailed customer support, provided my purchase information, mailed the unit in and received a replacement unit less than a week later. They followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the replacement unit and resolution of the problem. It was all super easy and very much appreciated.

I am in my 3rd year since I’ve purchased this projector. I absolutely love it. It’ has been well worth the money and exceeded my expectations. I use it often. I love the compact size for travel and storage. This product offers great clear sound as well as video. It’s user friendly and I usually connect my Apple TV to it for all my apple apps and it works seamlessly. When I upgrade I am sure to continue using Nebula as a preferred projector option.

Not gonna lie- the fit and finish of this unit is gorgeous. It has a beefy (for 1.5 lbs) solid, attractive, exterior that is sure to impress. The controls on top of the unit are nice and pretty well thought out. Nicely done Anker.Pros:- The unit is HUGELY portable- it has the benefit of allowing for battery operation making it ideal for outdoor events (add a battery back and you're set) and I personally LOVE the "size convenience" of this unit; it's smaller than many blue tooth speakers on the market. If you value portability and convenience of having something small enough to throw in your knapsack for a camping trip / outdoor adventure without consuming a lot of space-- this is IT!- Getting setup was straightforward and easy-- connecting to WiFi and bluetooth devices presented no real challenges. The remote was a bit underwhelming, but gets the job done.- Watching Streaming services can be achieved without the use of an external device (stick, etc) although I found the picture quality / clarity improved with the Firestick HD plugged into the HDMI port and the version of Android TV that comes bundled with the unit is not as robust.- Sound quality was decent and on par with a small bluetooth speaker- however may get drowned out in a lively outdoor setting.Cons:- The 200 ANSI Lumens and 480p projection - while certainly respectable in a dark room, with a Firestick and projection screen - may underwhelm if you're used to (or expecting) the 1080p of some of the bulkier units on the market today in this price range.- Price point is a bit on the high side - given the lack of projection horsepower. You're paying for portability here and that part will not disappoint.- No auto-focus-- I found the manual focus difficult to get just right at times.- No carry case / bag came with the unit. In this price range - adding a dust bag or small carry case would sweeten the deal a bit.Anker should re-invest in this unit - it's a work of art-- it's a GREAT size and clearly has a sizable fan following, but lacks in the picture quality / brightness dept when compared to units in this price range.Bottom line, if you value portability / convenience and are willing to sacrifice a bit on picture quality / brightness - this device is hard to beat.
