Capsule Air | The World's Smallest Projector with Google TV

This is a amazing projector, I loved the portable factor of it and overall experience is awesome

I definitely think that this product does have potential, I would love to see a projector that is portable, has a battery, and can easily be taken around with you. Let me start off by saying that a projector that is 720P and costs 400+ dollars when accounting for tax is just criminally insane. When watching everything appears to be pixelated and hard to see, the brightness of the device does not any benefit as it is extremely dim and even in a completely blacked out room it is hard to see, and I personally developed eye strain after using it for any more than 30 minutes at once. The battery life is also subpar as it only gets, at least in my testing an average of 1.5 hours which is hardly enough these days to watch a full length move especially at a reasonable brightness setting. I think that the best way that this projector could be used would be for short videos on YouTube or to be taken with you on camping trip to watch some cartoons, other than that I wouldn't say that this is worth your 400-dollar investment.

I mounted this from my basement ceiling using the base to quick attach and angled it to my desired picture area. Hit a quick button and it corrected itself providing sharp square corners and a nice picture. One thing to note if MAJOR correction is required from being offset to one side, the projector will do it, but you will have areas illuminated beyond the edge of the picture and a smaller picture size, so try to have it as close to square on as possible. It took some time to find a spot that would provide a good picture, not shrink too much, and not illuminate a few feet of wall on either side. Now that the base is mounted to the ceiling (already had power/hdmi there) I can leave the projector attached, and if I need to grab it to leave it’s a 10sec operation. I’ll be adding the battery base and a case to enhance its portability, but for what it is, this projector is very impressive.

This little projector is a total win! It’s super compact and easy to haul around, so it’s perfect for movie nights in the bedroom or hanging out in the backyard on weekends. The built-in Google TV is awesome, and having Netflix right on it is so convenient—I don’t need any extra device or settings. The picture quality is surprisingly good for its size, with bright colors and clear detail. Plus, the included stand is a game changer—makes adjusting the angle a breeze. The built-in speaker is decent. It is a great investment. I could see a lot of movie nights lining up.
