The unit is great. Love how quick and simple it is to use. The only downside is the lack of an audio jack. The reason is because when we set it up outside, we like to use headphones so that we don't disturb our neighbors. (There's 2 of us most of the time so we split the jack.) The work around (though I haven't tried) is the use a USC to headphone dongle. And if you are using the USC port to charge already, then you would need to use USB-A to USB-C dongle then attach a USB-C to Headphone. If you want to load movies via the USB-A port, then you can't be charging at the same time. So this is a bit of a pain. If it weren't for that, I would give it 5 stars.
Picture 7.5/10 gets a bit grainy during dark scene.
Sound 6/10 get yourself a Bluetooth speaker. In my case I got a Harmon Kardon
Battery 8/10 also recommend getting a power bank for those extended movie sessions
This projector is great for watching movies, tv shows, or even sports once the sun has set. As you would expect with a portable projector, the light isn't quite strong enough for any time before sunset, but once that sun goes down it is really a great viewing experience. The auto-keystone correction feature works really well. The battery probably lasts closer to 2 or 2.5 hours, but I was able to run an extension cord out if I'm watching sports.
I love this projector, but I am dumbfounded about the remote. It's functional and everything, but it does not light up. How can you design a product that is meant to work in a dark room, but not give it a remote that illuminates its buttons? Remote is difficult to use in dark rooms. The primary environment that you would be using the remote.
Great projector!! Glad we spent the extra money, the charge lasted the whole movie so no need to plug it in! Bright beautiful picture neighborhood loves outdoor movie night!
