Terms and Conditions

soundcore Nebula ("soundcore Nebula," "we," "us," or "our") welcomes you to participate in the Go All Out in Cinematic Brilliance Program ("the Program") and to share your content with us. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("these Ts&Cs") carefully.
You have the right to choose whether to participate in the Program. By becoming one of the participants and uploading your content (video and all the components contained therein, e.g., sounds, pictures, lines, visual design, collectively, "Content"), you (A) acknowledge that you have read and understood all the Content provisions in these T&Cs; (B) represent that you have full civil capacity to sign a binding agreement (being over 18 years old or having reached the legal age of majority in your country/region), or you are a legal person or other organization established and legally conducting business activities under the laws of your country/region; and (C) agree to be bound by these Ts&Cs.
If you do not agree to any of the terms in these Ts&Cs, please do not participate in this program. This program is open to participants residing in the United States only. Entries from outside the U.S. will not be eligible.
  1. Program Duration: You must upload your Content before June 13, 2025, 11:59 PM (PT). After this date, you will no longer be eligible for the supportive products.
  2. Program Participation: Before participating, you must submit a form, which will be reviewed by soundcore Nebula representatives. If you pass this screening, the soundcore Nebula team will contact you based on the information you provided in your application.
  3. Program Benefits: By becoming a participant, you will be entitled to the following benefits:

      a. You will be provided with 500 NebulaCredits. All participants will receive it.
      b. If your story content is well received by the soundcore Nebula team (see the FAQ for more information), you will have a chance to receive the following: soundcore Nebula X1 bundle (limited to two). Product recipients will be informed via email.

      c. If you are selected as a winner, soundcore Nebula will contact you based on the contact information you provided in your application. To safeguard the interests of both you and soundcore Nebula, we may ask you to sign a mutually agreed contract. In the event of a conflict between contractual terms and these Ts&Cs, the contractual terms shall prevail. 
      d. If the products cannot be delivered, or we are unable to contact you due to incorrect, incomplete, or other reasons due to the contact information you provide, you will be deemed to have automatically given up the right to receive the supportive products. In such an event, we will not be liable and will not reward the funds to another participant or issue an equivalent product.

  4. Content Audit Provisions: Once you have been approved to participate, you should familiarize yourself with these Content Audit Provisions.  a. Audit Method: Submissions will be manually reviewed based on the Audit Criteria. Submissions will be reviewed on a regular basis, but notification of results may vary depending on the amount of submissions received.
      b. Audit Criteria: Submitted contents must meet the relevant stipulations as defined in the FAQ.

  6. soundcore Nebula reserves the right to use participants' submitted content for brand promotion.
  7. soundcore Nebula reserves the right to disqualify participants at our discretion for fraud or any other reason.
